He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Dean and Dorothy Brigman Dean. He is survived by: his wife Doreen Leonard Dean; his children, Christy Ruffin (Joe), Amber Prescott (Danny) and James Dean (Jenna); and his brother J. David Dean (Cindy).
Visitation was held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel of Ralph Robinson & Son (807 S Cherry St, Pine Bluff, AR 71601). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Roselawn Cemetery (10851 US-63, Pine Bluff, AR 71601).
