He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Spears of Washington and Sally Gertrude Ferguson Spears; and his wife Mary Katherine Spears. He is survived by: his daughters, Tina Robinson (Bruce) of Texarkana and Stacy Lem (Howard) of Rison; his siblings, Fred Puckett, Mary Lou Brewer of Pine Bluff and Pat Martin of Little Rock; and his grandchildren, Autumn Lem of Malvern, Kyle Lem of Woodlawn, Lesli Banister of Texarkana and Melissa Matthews of Texarkana. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
