He was predeceased by: his parents, Levelle Cullins and Mary Simmons Cullins; and his siblings, Charles Cullins, Curtis Cullins, Odis Cullins and Ellen Harrington.
He is survived by: his children, Paula Cullins of Pine Bluff, Charlene Hoffman (Brian) of Hickory Creek and David L. Cullins (Veronica) of Pine Bluff; and his grandsons, Antonio Aaron of Searcy and Dillon Cullins of Star City.
