He is survived by: his children, David "Jay" Miller (Lacee) of Jonesboro, Nicole Gilbow (Matt) of Jonesboro and Shannon Miller of Gainesville, MO; his cousin Mary Visnieski (Tim) of Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Audrey Miller, Brooke Pulliam, Kaytlin Berry and Roselyn Berry.
