She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Smith and Millie Smith; her brothers, Larry Smith, Marvin "Sonny" Smith, Andrew "Pete" Smith, Melvin "Tooney" Smith and Dennis Smith Jr.; and her granddaughter Taylor Lee Maize.
She is survived by: her daughter Dr. Angela Maize; her husband Ferddie Lee Lewis; her daughter Tamikia Logan (Bennie); her grandchildren, Andrea Outlaw, Kenneth Burris Jr. (Savannah), Tyran Burris (Ashleigh), Madison Maize and Harper Grace Maize; her great grandchildren, Banner Burris of Oklahoma, Judah Burris of Oklahoma, Harlem Avery of Oklahoma and Dutton Burris of Oklahoma; and her siblings, Geraline Moore (Clarence), Geraldine Wade (Frank), Francis Woodson (Creston), Vernon Smith (Tonya), Millie Simmons and William Smith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
