He is survived by: his children, Gary Don Smith and Debra Kay Dunks (John); his stepchildren, Jackie Thompson (Sandra), Randy Thompson (Paula) and Stephen Thompson (Merri); his siblings, Judy Zach, Leon Smith and Jerry Smith; and his grandchildren, Steven Tolle, Alyssa Smith, Bailey Smith, Janice Thompson, Elisabeth Thompson, Brent Thompson, Christine Thompson and Cody Thompson. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
