He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie S. Fitts and Beuna Fitts (Pyron); his wife Martha Ann "Marti" Fitts; his sons, Joe Fitts and Pat Fitts; and his siblings, Buddy Fitts, Wayne Fitts, Margaret Hill and Juanita Freeman.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Joyner (Daren) of Pine Bluff; his daughters-in-law, Laura Fitts of Conway and Alice Fitts of Little Rock; his brothers, Barron Fitts and Robert Earl Fitts; and his grandchildren, Peyton Reinhart (Tracey) of Russellville, Kyle Joyner of Manila, Jake Fitts (Kat) of Conway, Shelby Neuhofel (Jace) of Conway, Garrett Fitts of Conway, Austin Fitts (Aubrey) of Monticello and Audrey Treat (John David) of Harrison.
