She was predeceased by : her husband Archie L. Arnold; her parents, Watson Carter and Dorothy Smith Carter; and her siblings, McCoy, Billy Carter and Annie Mae Courson.
She is survived by : her great grandchildren, Tabetha and Zane; her children, Bobby (Michelle Bond) of Pine Bluff, AR, Debbie (Charles Francis) of Pine Bluff, AR and Lisa Riles (Doug Kenner); and her brothers, Jimmy (Jerri Carter) of Crossett, AR and Kenneth Carter of Crossett, AR. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
