He was predeceased by : his parents, Timothy Cooper, Jr. and Jane Arvesta Danner; his wife Angelia Cooper; his brothers, Doyle Danner of Hot Springs, AR and Kenneth Danner of Benton, AR; and his daughters, Earlina Yvette Counts of Little Rock, AR and Marnetta Belin-Watts of Pine Bluff, AR..

He is survived by : his children, Stephanie Belin of Pine Bluff, AR, Tangelia Gilbert of Pine Bluff, AR, Erica Cooper Wilson of Long Beach, CA, Rodney Belin (Tammy) of Pine Bluff, AR and David Grey (Kai) of Michigan; and his siblings, Sharon Clegg of Prattsville, AR, Rhonda Parr (Lewis), Doris Fielder of Malvern, AR, Vickie Tatum of Little Rock, AR, James Danner of Hot Springs, AR, Jewel Danner (Lewis) of Gurdon, AR and Cornelius Danner of Hot Springs, AR. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 4:30 PM at the Davis Creek Baptist Church (192 Grant County Rd 447, Prattsville, AR 72129).
