He was predeceased by: his mother Lois Strong; and his grandparents, David Butler, Mary Gatewood, Booker T. and Catherine Lewis.
He is survived by: his father Bishop Willliam J. Strong, Sr. (Lois Strong); his wife Necole Strong; his children, Shaniqua Strong of Milwaukee, Arianna Winters, Aaron Winters of Milwaukee and Jabari Winters; his sister Argatha Woods (William) of Milwaukee; his grandchildren, Ariell Winters, Malik Heaton, Kenlee Winters and Malijah Heaton; his uncles, Carl Strong of Kenosha and Terry Strong of Milwaukee; his sisters-in-law, Katrina Tate, Z'landria Boyce, Antonia Winters, Megan Winters, Felicia Carter and Zamari Boyce; and his parents-in-law, Zack Jenkins (Gloria) and Carol Winters. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
