She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathaniel "Buddy" Sledge and Arretter Lee Sledge (Crain); her sister Dorothy Lampkin; her brother-in-law Joe Lampkin Jr.; and her nephews, Joseph Lampkin Jr. and Nathaniel Sledge Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Anyatta Ray (Taurean) of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, Martez Jones of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Martavion Jones of Albuquerque and Markerrion Jones of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.; her stepchildren, Marcus Jones II of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Marquise Jones of Little Rock, Arkansas, Martrell Jones of Little Rock, Arkansas. and Marquez Jones of Little Rock, Arkansas.; her siblings, Loretta Reed, Earnestine Ashford, Nathaniel Sledge Jr. and Donny Ray Sledge; and her grandchildren, Taniyah Heird, Leias Flennaugh, Harley Flennaugh and Kehlani Jones. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
