It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elva June Milligan of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, born in Manila, Arkansas, who passed away on June 5, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence V. Waddell and Addie M. Collins Waddell; her husband Dr. Monte C. Milligan; her son Patrick Waddell Milligan; and her siblings, Lois Verl Keller, Violet Elizabeth Alexander, Carroll Waddell and Lawrence Vance Waddell, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Leanna M Johnson (Tony), Brent Milligan and Dr. Michael Milligan (Carla); her grandchildren, Patrick Sayers (Natalie), Lauren Johnson and Michael Johnson (Tamara); her great grandchildren, T. J. Sayers, Kara Sayers, Taylor Johnson and Adalind Johnson; and her siblings, Lee Waddell (Lois) of Clinton, Jennie M. Justus of Jonesboro and Bertha Mobley of Pensacola, FL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
