He is survived by: his father Samuel Biley, Sr.; his children, Tamela Biley of Little Rock, AR, Allison Biley of Grand Prairie, TX, Alan Biley (Tamara) of Corsicana, TX and Tamara Biley of Pine Bluff, AR; his grandchildren, Antwone Vernard Miller, Jr. and Bradlee Eric Miller; his siblings, Samuel Biley, Jr. (Rose) of Magnolia, AR, Karen Hansen of Florissant, MO, Michael Biley (Leah) of West Monroe, LA, Dewayne Biley (Janice) of Bossier City, LA, Tracie Gatewood (Kenneth Sr.) of Pine Bluff, AR, Stacy Biley of Rock Springs, WY, Kenneth Biley (Bobbie Joe) of Houston, TX, Margaret Jones (Joseph) of Lees Summit, MO and Kimberly Biley of Elizabethtown, KY; his aunt Flossie Davis (Audrey) of Kansas City, MO; and his cousin Annie Biley of Pine Bluff, AR. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
