With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Evelyn McCarthy Brabston of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Francis McCarthy and Ruth Johnson McCarthy; her husband Billy Ragan Brabston; and her sisters, Frances Meiggs and Kathryn Jackson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Virginia Brabston Robinson (Mark), Barbara Brabston Kirkpatrick (Daniel) of Sheridan and Carolyn Brabston Gunn (Jerry) of Maumelle; her grandchildren, Matthew Kirkpatrick of Silver Spring and Catherine Kirkpatrick of Little Rock; and her siblings, T. F. "Buddy" McCarthy of Bastrop, Louisiana, Mary Taylor of Conway and Elizabeth Kuhn of Tucson, Arizona. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
