She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Mae Frazier and James Franklin Frazier; her sons, Bobby Elliot and Billy Hux; and her siblings, Joy Allen, Priscilla Allen and Gene Holley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Victoria Moore and Cindy Myrick; her siblings, Patricia Smith, Shelia Bohanon, Elaine Weeks, Charles Frazier Sr., Kenneth Holley and Charles F. Frazier; and her grandchildren, Amy Hollaman, Monica Jones, Emily Forester, Haley Scott, William O. Monk, Charlotte M. Monk Street, Kenneth Sipes, Stephen A. Sipes, Wendy G. Elliot Broder and Cristell A. Elliot. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
