We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2020, at the age of 85, Frances Beard (Pine Bluff, Arkansas), born in Dumas, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Jeff and Veatrue Beatty Rogers. She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Bost (Jeff) of Pine Bluff, Rebecca Lynn Box of Pine Bluff, Susan Bayird (Chris) of Pine Bluff and Carol Hardke (Burt) of Pine Bluff; and her sister Mary Scales (Jimmie) of Watson, Arkansas. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; three brothers.
