He is survived by: his father Gary L. Page; his stepmother Cynthia Ann Page; his mother Imogene Rodgers; his stepfather Bill Rodgers; his stepsiblings, Carrie Lynn Molten, Stephanie Molten, Leah McCloud, Lisa Heard, Amber Rodgers, Shaney Allen and Toby Allen; his fiancée Marian Fralin; and his uncle Red Wiley. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
