He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell David and Marie Taylor Shelley; and his brothers, Tex David Shelley and Rickey Dean Shelley. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Shelley; his children, Patrick Shelley and Alicia Webb; and his grandchildren, Rayna Shelley, Brittany Webb, Andrew Webb and Kaitlyn Shelley.
