He was predeceased by: his father John Waters. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Waters of Pine Bluff; and his siblings, Eugene Waters (Evonne), Jimmy Waters (Chante), Annie Oliver (Milton) of Chicago and Roberta Tubbs (Terence) of Chicago. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
