He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hayden Watts and Wanda Ruth "Linda" Duckworth Watts; and his brother-in-law Chuck Glover. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Garrett Watts; his children, Cathy Sweet (Jeremy), Thomas Geaslin, Lawrence Long, Joseph Long and Charles Long; and his sister Lisa Glover. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; one niece and one nephew.
