He was predeceased by : his parents, James Elliott and Lillye Mae Elliott. He is survived by : his sister Mittie Robinson (Anthony); and his nieces, Shelia Green (Ralph), Shunna Noble (Devlon Sr.), Sherri Robinson, Gwendolyn Charles and Javonnia Holt (Theodore). He is also survived by great nieces, great nephews and cousins.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, masks are required and available for the Celebration of Life Service.
