He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Jackson and Mae Julia Jackson (Matthews); and his sister Carolyn Joyce Jackson Moore. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Jackson; his brothers, William Jackson (JoEvelyn) of Pine Bluff, Arkansas and Ronald Jackson of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; and his godchildren, Dwight Moten Jr. of Little Rock, Nicholas Mega of Lawton, Oklahoma and Ashley Nicole Bacon of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mt. Nebo Missionary Baptist Church (3201 W 2nd Ave, Pine Bluff, AR 71601). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
