He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Victor Hughes, Sr. and Elizabeth Jane McCullough; his wife Dora Lee Hughes; and his brother Thomas Victor Hughes, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Hughes (Melanie) and Tamara Stewart (Paul) of Pine Bluff; his grandchildren, Shawn Evans, Tayler Hughes, Leah Evans and Meghan Hughes; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Layla Rhodes. He is also survived by his family, friends.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Curl Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Area Agency on Aging Meals on Wheels programs.
