With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet Bell of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, who passed away on July 25, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Webster Bell, Jr. and Willie B. Bell; and her brother Jessie M. Davis. She is survived by: her family Janet Rose Bell; her daughter Brianna Ja'Nay Spears of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; and her siblings, Joyce Ann Perkins (late Charles) of Pine Bluff and Webster Bell, III (Jennifer) of Little Rock, Arkansas. She is also survived by nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
