She was predeceased by: her husband Bernie Wayne; her parents, Henry Claude and Anna Lee Hughes; her daughters, Melanie Want and Norma Jean Kirkpatrick; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Wood, Charles Wood, Christopher Wood, Denise Kirkpatrick and Randy Kirkpatrick.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Wood (H. R. "Beau") of Grady; her grandchildren, John Want, III (Tedra) of Pine Bluff, Jason Want (Ruth Ann) of Midland, Patrick Wood of Conway and Brianne Wood of Grady; and her great grandchildren, Jenny Long, Maya Want, Sofia McVay and Scarlett Gentry. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital, 1 Children's Way, Little Rock, AR 72202, or Rescue Road, 17200 Chenal Parkway, Suite 300, #171, Little Rock, AR 72223 to help with pet adoptions.
