Jeanine touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. While Jeanine’s presence will be missed, the influence she had on others will remain. Those who knew her will carry forward memories that reflect her character and spirit.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Constant Boinville and Lucie Cametz Boinville; her husband Billy Mack Harkins; and her siblings, Mareille Boinville and Claude Boinville.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Lauren Gray; her great grandchild Wyatt (Benton County) of Sulphur Springs; and her sister-in-law Margaret Harkins Heuston of Little Rock. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Chapel of Ralph Robinson and Son (807 S Cherry St, Pine Bluff, AR 71601). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Dermott City Cemetery (110 Buckner Ln, Dermott, AR 71638).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to St. Joseph Catholic Church Building Fund or the Dermott Cemetery.
