He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Bell Moye; his daughters, Vicki Mays of Pine Bluff, Arkansas., Melissa Culclager of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. and Roslynn Kemp (Demarkis) of Pine Bluff, Arkansas.; his siblings, Pamela Smith (Larry), Margaret Mosley of Kansas City, Diane Jackson of Aubrey, Texas., Charles Moye (Linda) of Kansas City, George Elmer of Tulsa, Joe O. Elmer of Kansas City, Donald Elmer (Stachia) of Houston, Ronald Elmer (Lashawn) of Mesquite and Herman Jackson (Jessie Pearl) of Augusta, Georgia.; his grandchildren, Wallace O. Mays, Jr., Arri B. Kemp, Dillion K. Kemp, Emily P. Moore and Dakota K. Culclager; and his siblings-in-law, Darlene Whitehead (Charles) of Gary and Anthony Bell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
