Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jerry Donald Cox (Pine Bluff, Arkansas), who passed away at the age of 83, on October 14, 2025. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hallie Cox, Sr. and Maggie White Cox; and his siblings, Betty Jo Cox, Marie Murdock, Geraldine Rhoades, Hallie Cox and Glen Cox.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Cox of Smackover; his daughters, Stephanie Pooree (Randall) and Sherry Collins; his brother James Cox; and his granddaughters, Randi Baer (Justin), Ashton Frizzell (Jordan), Laurin Harrod (Kyle), Brianna Standridge (Cody) and Gabby Barnett (Remi). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fitzhugh Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Sulphur Springs United Methodist Church, 9238 Sulphur Springs Road, Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
