He is survived by: his children, Christine Rodgers of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Angela Lowden Johnson of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Jerry Lowden, Jr. (Shirley) of Pine Bluff and John Lowden (Latonya) of Bryant, Arkansas; and his sisters, Jonell Lyons Smith (Lee) of Pine Bluff, Arkansas and Carolyn Vaughn Atkins of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
