He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Jacks and Maxine Kelley Jacks. He is survived by: his wife Paula Jacks of Pine Bluff; his daughters, Stephenie Blocker (Greg) of White Hall, Billie Parsons, Benita Clinard of Pine Bluff, Angela Lewis (Ross) of Monticello and Lori Goff of Bryant; his grandchildren, Dr. Laci Webber (Matthew) and Lance Blocker; and his great grandchildren, Carol Webber, James Webber and Claire Webber. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
