He was predeceased by: his father Toby Simmons. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Jacks Simmons of Pine Bluff; his daughters, Reagan Simmons of Woodlawn and Chandler Simmons of Woodlawn; his brother Phil Simmons (Lindsey) of Little Rock; his nephew Sawyer Simmons of Little Rock; and his grandchild Harper Manes.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the New Home Missionary Baptist Church (14060 AR-54, Pine Bluff, AR 71603).
