He is survived by: his wife LaVina Lake of Pine Bluff; his children, Lisa Davis Carter of Lagrange, Suzy Davis Stevens (Nathan) of Lagrange, Randi Davis Johnson of Fayetteville and Brian Lake of Fayetteville; his grandchildren, Rachel Snyder Bogy (Jason) of Pine Bluff, Rhodes Carter (Becca), Bryce Carter (Debi), Reed Carter, Skyler Mora (Shaughn), Peyton Howe (Conner), Lilly Johnson, Westin Johnson, William Bogy, Sawyer Bogy and Autumn Lake; his great grandchildren, Hadlee, Rhett, Jace, Kacen, Cambri, Landri, Nash, Davis and Jett; his siblings, JoAnn Lake-Winter (Henry) of Jonesboro, Joe Lake (Hazel) of Searcy and Jeffrey Lake (Georgie) of Lexa; his brother-in-law Wayne Todd (Chermaine); his mother-in-law Vinnie Pierce (Joe Bonnett); his siblings' children, Jessica Lake Terry, Alicia Orender, Courtney Dodson, Whitney Dodson, Jessica Todd, Laine Key, Michael Henry, Johnny Lake, Wade Lake and Stephen Todd; and his godchildren, Ashley Ann Stout and Oakley Clary.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fuller Hale-South Funeral Chapel (1621 S Cherry St, Pine Bluff, AR 71601).
