With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jimmy Temple (Pine Bluff, Arkansas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 9, 2025 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jimmy Temple to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his mother Leola Temple; his son Dennis Temple; and his brothers, Laron and Paul Temple. He is survived by: his wife Eloyce Roberts; his son Jeff (Cheryl) of White Hall; his granddaughters, Jennifer Doolin (Zach), Angie Temple of Pine Bluff, Kellie Merrill (CJ) of Little Rock and Orry Ginn (Luke Temple) of Sulphur Springs; his siblings, Dena Hall of Conway, Sue West of Atkins and Van Temple (Sue) of Star City; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Temple (Laron) of Greenbrier and Beelinda Temple of Sulphur Springs. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Salem Missionary Baptist Church (7226 Sulphur Springs Rd, Pine Bluff, AR 71603). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
