Carr, IV of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; her children, Damond Rowland of Chicago, Illinois and Twylla Washington of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; and her brothers, Leonard Gibson of Topeka, Kansas, Lonnie Gibson of Butler, Missouri and Leon Gibson of Junction City, Kansas. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
