He was predeceased by: his parents, John Matlock and Clara Matlock (Bradley). He is survived by: his wife Peggy L. Matlock (Lovell) of Pine Bluff, AR; his daughters, Phyllis Buries of Chicago, Illinois, Clarice Edwards of Pine Bluff, AR, Bernadette Simpson of Pine Bluff, AR and Faith Dinwiddie of Pine Bluff, AR; and his sister Flora Collins of Pine Bluff, AR. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Peter's Rock Missionary Baptist Church (1201 S Catalpa St, Pine Bluff, AR 71603). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
