We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2023, at the age of 76, John Otis Williams of Pine Bluff, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Otis and Johnnie Edna Moorehead Williams; and his sister Diane Edna Williams Murrell. He is survived by: his wife Willodean Williams; his daughters, Este Anita Frazier and Meredith Ann Rogers of Little Rock; his brother Harrison L. Williams of Hercules; his grandchildren, Jonathon L. Frazier, Jr. and Alexandrea Ann Rogers of Little Rock; and his nieces and nephews, Quynci L. Cox (Terence) of Sherwood and Ivy Murrell of Pine Bluff. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews & friends.
