He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Tidwell and Irma Locke Tidwell; his former wife Ann Lee Locke; his siblings, Taylor "Pluckie" Locke, Milton "Dunnie" Tidwell, Jr. and Rosalyn "Miss Lucy" Tidwell; and his children, Tina Locke and Harold Locke.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Locke of Pine Bluff, AR; his siblings, Melvin Locke, Lewis Tidwell, Irma Tidwell Williams and John Roy Tidwell; and his children, Kelvin Locke, Jr., Tyrone Locke, Bobbie Spivey and Veronica Locke. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, a host or nieces, nephews, cousins, oner family, and friends.
