He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Jackson Shope and Mary Kay Foster Shope. He is survived by: his siblings, Casey Shope (Tracey) and Amy Fugate (Michael); his nieces, Danielle Owens, Allison Fugate and Brittany Fugate; his great-nieces, Brodie Mae Franklin and River Jayne Franklin; his great-nephew Cooper Franklin; and his uncle William Shope.
