He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence A. Davis, Sr. and Catherine Anita Wilkerson Davis; his wife Deloris "Lois" Davis; and his siblings, Sharon Davis, Ronald Davis, Sr., Michael Davis, Gerald Davis and Lawrence A. Davis, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Daron Davis of Dallas, Texas, Denita Reed (James) of Mobile and Larna Atkinson (Samuel) of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; his siblings, Gail Thigpen (Edward) of Peoria, Janice Kearney (John) of Pine Bluff, Pawnee Davis of Fort Washington, Zelana Davis of Boston, Massachusetts and Lauren Davis of Claremont, California; and his sister-in-law Barbara Davis (late Ronald Davis, Sr.). He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-granddaughters; one great-grandson; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (2704 Commerce Cir, Pine Bluff, AR 71602). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church (2507 W Hill St, Pine Bluff, AR 71601).
