He is survived by: his mother Ann Reiman Oakley (David) of Springdale; his wife Tammy Stratton Corkins; his children, Leonard Clay Corkins, Jr. (Samantha) of Jacksonville and Meagan Corkins Hood (Matthew) of Hensley; his granddaughters, Mattie Hood, Charlotte Corkins, Macey Jo Hood, Hayden Feathers and Harper Feathers; and his siblings, Kelly Corkins Railsback of Fayetteville and Brad Corkins of Oregon.
