She was predeceased by: her parents, James L. Douglas and Sarah Shavers Douglas; and her husband James Winston Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy S. Johnson (Dwayne) of Hot Springs, Tammy S. Harper (Mike) of White Hall and Trisha S. Nicholson (John) of White Hall; her grandchildren, Courtney Young, Kelli Hartsfield, Justin Harper, Blake Johnson, Hayley Wreyford, Sarai Spivey and Abbie Talley; and her great grandchildren, Taylor, Maggie, Jake, Kyle, Josh, Marlie, Jack, Milly, Whitley and Willow.
