He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Shores and Annie Magee; his siblings, Sallie Gilpin, Edelle Raab, Jessie Isaiah Shores, Jr., Robert Shores, Johnny Shores, Charles Shores and Leland Shores; his daughters, Jessica Brooke Shores and Baby Shores; and his grandsons, Josh Brazeal and Dalton Reynolds.
He is survived by: his wife Trella Shores; his son Jesse Shores; his stepson Danny Snyder; his daughters, Kim Shores and Tammy McCarroll; and his stepdaughter Vicky Ladd (Scott). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 6 great- grandchildren.
