It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lloyd H. Sims Jr. of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, who passed away on June 27, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd Hampton Sims; and his wife Betty Sue Wilson Sims. He is survived by: his sons, David Sims (Joan) of Pine Bluff and Robert Sims (Amy) of Maumelle; his grandchildren, Wilson Sims (Cassie) of Benton and Emily Koone of Maumelle; his siblings, Judy Smith (Darrell) of Eads, Tenn. and Jerry Sims (Geraldine) of Bossier City; and his close friend Jane Nixon of Pine Bluff.
