She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joe Ray and Joan Kuykendall Ray; her husband James Rountree; her children, Wendy Ann Patrick and Spencer Alexander Patrick (Leslie); and her grandchildren, Charlie, Sofia and George.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Christian Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
