He is survived by: his wife Tammy Cobbs; his children, Louis Cobbs, III of Pine Bluff, Deion Waddy of Omaha, Demarcus Coley of Pine Bluff, Anna Cobbs of Pine Bluff and Casha Sanders of Atlanta, Georgia; his siblings, Tina Dixson Rice (Anthony), Catrease Rice-Dixson (Theodis) of Maumelle, Millie Rice of Pine Bluff, Mary Rice-Burns (Cody) of Little Rock, Ruby Lee Cobbs of Kalamazoo, Michigan, Tyrone Rice, Sr. of Irving, Melchesadeck Rice (Karim) of Pine Bluff, Stacy Cobbs (Tania) of Little Rock, Derrick Rice (Brittany) of Fayetteville and LeAndrew Cason (Sharita) of Lawton, Oklahoma; and his close friends, Keith Patterson, Gregory Little and Roger Davis. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and a host of other relatives, nieces, nephews, and friends.
