She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Stell and Dealia Steignto Stell; her husband Carey Wendell Cotner; and her sister Yvonne Lancaster. She is survived by: her son James Carey Cotner; her grandchildren, Jordan Cotner, Carson Marie Woolley (Jordan) and Jaxson Cotner; and her great grandchild Ella Ray Woolley.
