She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Tyler and Florence Poteet Tyler; her husbands, Jake Sadler, Jr. and James C. "Red" Bennett; her son Bill Sadler; and her sisters, Dorothy Gavin and Frances Wilson.

She is survived by: her son Bob Sadler (Debra); and her stepchildren, Jim Bennett and Bettye Johnson. She is also survived by six grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; and extended family.
