She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry E. Davis and May Smith Davis; her former husband Clyde "Freddie" Mann; her son Mark Mann; and her siblings, Stella Simpson and Henry A. Davis.
She is survived by: her husband Rodney E. Rodgers; her children, Price Mann of Citronelle, Clyde Mann of Bossier City, Anthony Mann of Mobile, Alabama and Marla Sizemore of White Hall, Arkansas; and her sisters, Mary Catherine Howle (Coma) of Mobile, Alabama. and Col. Janie D. Harrell of Mobile, Alabama.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
