He is survived by: his wife Janice Aud Blackwell; his children, Buck Blackwell (Kristen) and Crystal Christian; his brothers, Jeff Blackwell and Duke Blackwell; and his grandchildren, Brianna Blackwell, Braelynn Blackwell, Jaidugh Garlington, Drake Garlington and Kalei Christian.
