He is survived by: his wife Joan Welch Biram; his son Anthony Biram (Maria); his granddaughter Emma; and his children, Dean Biram (Cindy), David Biram (K. C.), Tammy Slack and Becky Glosser. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
